My Story

I have been called many things in my life. A Journalist. A PR Guru. A Wordsmith. A Communications Aficionado. But the proudest name I have been called is a Poet. My soul writes poetry. And my heart sings whenever I do it.

But for my day job, I guess you can call me a Marketing Expert and Creative Strategist, specialising in brand and reputation management, communications and media relations. I founded Quill + Cadence because I want to help companies find their identity and voice. In this competitive world, building brand awareness is what helps companies stay alive. Plus we constantly need to reinvent ourselves to stay relevant. Quill + Cadence offers marketing services that can help guide you though this creative evolution.

But back to my soul. My passions are wide and varied. I love writing, reading books, yoga, travelling to far off places, spending time with my two young boys. I am a foodie and love discovering new places to eat, drink and be merry. I have often been called a curator of beautiful things – whether that be related to design and décor, books or artwork. I believe in small, thoughtful details. Not only with what I create but also how I live my life, the things I surround myself with and the people I treasure and love.
